Parcel Shipping
Parcel shipping refers to light, small boxed items. We ship these small items through trusted carriers like UPS and FedEx.
Since we have multiple warehouses, we can reach the eastern 3/4 of the contiguous United States in up to 3 business days. We offer free shipping on qualifying items or during seasonal discounts. A tracking number will be provided to you.

Freight Shipping
What You Need To Know
Freight shipping, also called LTL (less than truckload) refers to medium, big and heavy items that are shipped in a truck. If your order is heavy or voluminous enough, we ship it to you on a truck for curbside delivery. On average in-stock orders ship within 1 business day and take 2-4 business days to arrive.
There are three main delivery methods. All of them require you to meet the truck in person.

- Liftgate
- Forklift

Step 1: Order Confirmation
Our team delicately prepares your order on pallets or bundles for safe transport. You'll receive an email notification once your order leaves our facility.
Step 2: Schedule a Delivey
The freight carrier will contact you to arrange a convenient curbside delivery time. We ensure someone is present to receive the delivery. If you don't have anyone available to receive your delivery, call or email us as soon as you place your order.
Step 3: Unload Your Items
At your scheduled time, the truck will arrive for curbside delivery. For hand unload deliveries (default), you'll have 30-45 minutes to unload your items. The driver may be able to help you, but not always. For liftgate and forklift deliveries, the driver will unload your items for you. Your items are your responsibility once unloaded from the truck by the driver.
Step 4: Sign to Complete Your Order
Only sign for your delivery after thoroughly inspecting all items. If you notice any damage, document it with photos and note it on the delivery receipt.
